- Create the policy document, procedures, accident reporting etc documentation.
- Undertake any necessary training - fire safety, manual handling, COSHH, management training, and risk assessor training.

- Help communicate the health and safety policy to staff.
- Help with re-inspections and management reviews.
- Undertake accident investigations.
- Liaise with enforcement authorities on your behalf.
- Answer your queries 24 hours a day through our Helpline service.
- Provide you with relevant legislation updates.
Accident Investigation / Enforcement Officer Visit
In the event of a serious accident and/or a visit from an enforcing authority, a BTS Consultant will visit to act on your behalf.
Legislation Updates
BTS Ltd will advise our clients of any amendments to Health and Safety Legislation which may be relevant to them together with general health and safety information.
