Overview
This course covers the basic techniques of First Aid. It is designed to meet the minimum standards required by the current Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.

The course is predominantly practical based and participation involves a high level of person to person physical contact and practice on artificial devices and manikins.

Outcome
Successful delegates acquire the knowledge and skills to provide first response assistance to persons having suffered an accident or injury at work.
